This hotel is brand new and less then a year when opened. It is very nicely decorated and designed. Everything is brand new from rooms to the pool area to the restaurant. The pool is exceptional and it was the highlight of our stay for sure. Spa costs extra 10€ per person. Food in the restaurant was very good and breakfast was abundant and tasty as well. Staff is very friendly and tries to accommodate your needs as much as they can. Free guarded parking in the garage. Love the no smoking policy as well!
Yet there are some major issues with the Hotel that need to be solved for that perfect 10 stay. There are no bedside lamps only central lights for whole room, no hooks in the rooms to hang your clothes, there are no blackout shades to block the major night light from the city during the night. Avoid the apartments 301 and 401 and room 201 as you will face the very noisy AC on top of the building or bring earplugs. Spa area is confusing with limited instructions and lights in the Turkish sauna flicker to a point its hard to relax. A lot of lights actually flicker across the hotel. Management needs to fix these. With the staff and the awesome design they have a great hotel on their hands!

Neu, Personal mega Nett.
Leider kostet fast alles in der Spa extra und uns wurden auch einige andere Sachen extra berechnet die nicht ganz verständlich waren. Es sind ca 30% Zusatzkosten dazugekommen an der Kassa.
Sauna hat einen Tag nicht funktioniert, leider hört man alles durchs Zimmer. Das Bett war auch zu hoch, man muss regelrecht draufspringen um sich hinzulegen. Beim Restaurant im Haus wartet man lange. Das Frühstück war ziemlich schwach.

Dobra lokacija, ustrežno osebje, nov hotel, velikost sobe, čistoča.
Zajtrk, predvsem postrežba kave, boljši kavomat ali že pripravljena vroča kava, ter servirana hrana bi morala vedno biti vroča ali vsaj topla. Mislim na klobase in jajca.
