2 issues -
The first maybe not huge… pool and hot tub closes at 9. We’re on vacation and at the beach in the day, so when should we sit in the hot tub if it closes about the time we get back to the pad?
The second issue is big… water kept shutting off. In the middle of a shower, when we are getting ready to leave for a scheduled event, when we are trying to do laundry. This issue probably doesn’t need description, but the fact that it kept happening was a problem.
The guy said they got new sensors that were very sensitive and that we couldn’t shower and run the washer at the same time. Next time we tried only one shower at a time… still shut off. We were going one at a time which was already going to put us behind to our appointment, but we have a family member stuck all soapy in the shower with no water.
They were very nice! Very kind. But not a great experience. Honestly I would not feel comfortable recommending to others.
