Powderidge 54 is a two-level townhouse unit that was completely renovated in 2025 to create a Brigham-level experience for your mountain holiday. From the brand-new marble and stainless steel kitchen, to the elevated living and dining room, to the fully upgraded and brand new two ½ bathrooms, your stay will be in total comfort. A wood-burning fireplace adds romance and warmth, and an ensuite master bedroom, plus second bedroom with both queen bed and bunk beds and adjacent second full bath, keep the whole family comfortable. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds additional options, and skis and bikes can be stored in the entryway. High speed internet and connected TVs in all rooms keep everyone entertained.
Adjacent fields and trails for hiking and outdoor play in the summer, a private deck to relax outdoors, and ski-in/ski-out from the Powderidge complex as soon as the north mountain slopes open for the winter, make this the ultimate location. A walk or shuttle bus ride from the village keeps you close to the action but away from the crowds.
