This villa features a bright, open-concept living space with stylish new furnishings, a large sectional sofa, two accent chairs, and a smart TV—perfect for unwinding after a sun-soaked day. A built-in bar with a wine cooler adds a touch of luxury, and the spacious dining area seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar for two.
The master suite offers a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and an en suite bath with a custom-tiled walk-in shower. Across the villa, the guest bedroom includes a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds with its own smart TV. A second full bathroom features a tub/shower combo. A full-size washer and dryer are also included.

You're just a 5–8 minute stroll from the private deeded beach, complete with a walkover and seasonal beach service. While the unit is equipped to sleep up to eight (8) guests comfortably, the maximum number of occupants allowed in a two-bedroom unit is six (6), in accordance with community guidelines. Please note that children aged three (3) and under do not count toward the occupancy limit. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
