comfortably sleeps 4, and can fit a 5th small person/child on a cab air mattress provided upon request.
Easy to drive, good visibility with rear camera.
quick to set up for the evening, and pack up in the morning so your ready to head out on your next stop.
Please wash off sand with outdoor hose before entering.
Van will come filled with gas, propane and water.
Guests must return it with a full tank of gas and propane.
It is guests responsibility to dump gray and black water or there is an extra $100 fee.

Van is Front wheel drive - do not drive on the beach and NO off roading.
