Ambleside - 2-Bedroom Cottage #5

I was disappointed, that in all the communication you receive prior to your stay from the company, that there was no information about who to contact if you had a problem on site. We lost power in our cottage twice during our stay and when we called or emailed the ownership group for assistance, they do not reply to you. We left a voicemail message and sent a follow up email. So, we had to ask around from other campers about who to seek help from to restore our power. If the company had told us, in their standard communication, of who to contact for help when onsite, this would have been very helpful. I would not return to this property for a second stay. Cottage #5 is run down and company management doesn’t provide customer service support to their patrons.
