La ubicación es muy céntrica y accesible
Es una calle bastante frecuentada por ambiente nocturno y, al ser estrecha, en el silencio de la noche se escuchan las conversaciones y los cantos de la gente que está de fiesta. Además todas las noches pasa el camión de la basura a recoger los contenedores que hay debajo de la ventana. Esto no sería tanto problema si hubiera aire acondicionado y se pudieran cerrar las ventanas manteniendo el apartamento fresco en verano. Falta algún armario para guardar la ropa de 4 personas.
