The house, the host and the location!
First, the house was amazing: two storeys, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washing machine and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and spacious dining and living areas. It was beautifully decorated and had all the appliances and utensils we needed, as well as free private parking. We could easily have stayed there for a whole month.
Second, the host was excellent. We had great communication with her, and she was warm, friendly and helpful. She speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, gave us a tour of the house and recommended several nearby beaches.
Finally, the location was ideal for exploring the coast. Our favourite places were Nazaré and Praia de Paredes da Vitória. There were also several large supermarkets nearby.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
That we couldn’t stay for more days! :)
