Aylin Executive Suites

I really loved the design of the room. Everything was stylish, modern and finished to a very high standard. The room looked exactly like the photos and both the room and the hotel felt brand new, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was excellent as well — large, beautifully designed and equipped with both a bathtub and a separate shower, which was a great bonus. The location is also good. The hotel is situated on a quiet, peaceful street, yet the Old Town is only a 10-minute walk away. The central bus station is also about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to reach any part of Rhodes

One thing I didn’t like was that a security deposit was required, but we were not informed about it in advance. I was very happy that it was refunded without any issues, but future guests should be aware that they may need to have extra money available upon arrival. I also think the staff could be better trained to help with basic questions, such as providing the Wi-Fi password. It would also be helpful if they explained more clearly how to lock the room door, as it has an unusual locking mechanism (or perhaps it’s an issue with the door itself). Another issue was the shower drain, which was not working properly. The water drained very slowly and started to build up while showering, so this definitely needs to be fixed. Finally, there was some confusion regarding the check-out time. The time listed on Booking.com was different from the one I received by email, which was one hour earlier. We were planning to leave early anyway, so it wasn’t a problem for us, but I think this information should be consistent to avoid confusion for future guests.

לא שלא אהבנו פשוט לא ידענו שמקבלים מגבת אחת בתחילת האירוח וזהו, אחרת היינו מביאות מהבית אבל כשביקשנו לקבל הביאו לנו

מיקום נקי ומסודר

ביום הראשון שהגענו החדר לא זמין ואז לקחו אותנו למלון ללילה אחד. למחרת ביקשו מאיתנו לחזור בכוחות עצמנו. חוויה לא נעימה ששרפה לנו זמן יקר בערב הראשון וזמן יקר היום למחרת.
