The staff was amazing, very helpful, very friendly. Location is good, near to city center by walk 10-25 minute. Beach is also near, but windy
The breakfast is almost the same, but not big deal

Both reception and restaurant staff super helpful friendly and accommodating
Great location beach is located minutes away and city centre/old town 15 mins away as well as easy access to the airport
Hotel is very clean and great housekeeping
Great breakfast buffet
Our first room was quite outdated very small with shower doors not closing aircon not working and window not locking second room (we asked to change it and it was accomodated) was much bigger everything was working however shower cabin still very hard to open and close- this needs an update
Poor sound isolation in rooms

The restaurant staff were amazingly good.
The entire restaurant staff were happy, polite, efficient and the food was fresh with a good variety.
Didn't actually get to figure out where the spa / massage area was.
