Clean and practical!
Two shower room would have been ideal for a 3 bedroom property and a sofa or two in the lounge, but just a dinning table and dinning chairs

The host was easily reachable and communication was good. We booked the apartment at the last minute due to an unexpected change in our trip and were able to enter it straight away. It was a nice apartment and the extra toilet was a plus. The apartment is very close to Manchester, so we could park our car outside the property for free and catch the bus into town. There are supermarkets close by which was also convenient.
We had to transfer a deposit to rent the place to a private (business) bank account. We were a bit sceptical about this, but in the end it worked out. The host refunded the full amount the day we checked out and explained it's a safety measure to make sure nothing is damaged.
There's no sittingroom, but we were only there for one night so it was ok with only the dining room
