1bd Luxury apartment near Texas Medical Center

Great property in an excellent location! We felt very safe during our stay, especially with the added security of the garage doors located beyond the visitor parking area. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home. The small personal touches throughout the space really made a difference and created a welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything you could possibly need, from pots and pans to a versatile coffee maker that made both hot and iced coffee. It truly felt like every detail had been considered, making our stay convenient and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

The only minor issues we had during our stay were the bed and the towels. The mattress was very hard and the pillows were very thin, which made sleeping a little uncomfortable for us. That said, comfort preferences are subjective, and this alone would not impact my overall rating of the property. The other small inconvenience was the towel supply. With two adults staying for a few nights, there were only two bath towels and two washcloths provided. While bath towels can reasonably be reused, washcloths are generally something most people prefer to use only once. We ended up needing to wash towels after the first night so we would have clean ones available for the following evening. Fortunately, the apartment does include a washer and dryer, along with a few laundry pods, so it wasn’t a major issue or a deal breaker. However, unlike a hotel where you can simply call the front desk and request additional towels, that option isn’t available in an apartment setting, so having a few extras on hand would have been helpful. Overall, these were very minor concerns and would not prevent me from staying here again. We travel to Houston frequently for appointments at MD Anderson, and the location is incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is very nice, comfortable, and well-equipped. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others
