Spacious room with king size bed and the price is very reasonable! They accommodated my requests with the laundry and booking a transportation. The location is convenient and the staff were amazing too. Highly recommended!

Good location. Decent breakfast. The host speaks good English that makes it very easy to communicate. Motorcycle tour prices seem average-priced when compared to other accommodations.

There was a bit of dishonesty in prices for booking a bus and some shared information. Instead of taking the offered motorcycle tours, my family decided to take a bus from Ha Giang deeper into Dong Van first, and then see if there was a shorter day trip tours from Dong Van. The counter receptionist, now fully aware that we won't be taking their pricier motorcycle loop tours, sold us a much more expensive bus ticket with a substantially lower quality bus than what it should have been. A super local bus of a 12 seater bus had more than 18 people squeezed in, no AC when going up the mountain, motorcycles transported on top and inside the bus, three live chicken boxes, a huge cockroach on my foot that I had to stamp on to kill it...you get the idea. I understand that the hotel will take a bit of commission off from the bus ticket price for the arrangement. But when we took another bus coming back from Dong Van to Ha Giang, we could come back with a much cheaper and so much nicer bus. That is when we found out that we must have paid almost a double price per ticket before. I would have expected more transparency and honesty, but selling us a super inferior bus ticket with a much higher priced ticket made me question this accommodation.
