We had arranged for Anita to collect us from the Airport. Communication from Anita was excellent and we were collected with no issues. Anita gave us some great information on the journey to the property about where to go and what to see.
The property was as described and Anita had left some little treats as a welcome gift which was lovely. There was a small supermarket and bakery about 2 mins walk away. It took us 15 mins to walk to Old Town (but slightly longer to get back uphill !). In the opposite direction from the apartment it took a similar time to walk to Gruz and Lapad which are both definitely worth a visit. The Setnica Walking Trail is particularly nice. There is a shared pool area, which we used every day after returning, and we were the only ones there each day. The whole city felt very safe at all times. Check out was very easy and if we were in Dubrovnik again we would stay here again.
A bit hard to wash your face in the basin in the bathroom because of the cabinet above.

Little bit of a walk to the old town (but as advertised). Pleasant location though so we didn’t mind

Very nice apartment, the owner is amazing as well, she make sure you have everything you need and is very hospitable!
She also have a storage room for the bags if you leave late the day of check out!
The pool area is also excellent, one of the nicer pools I have seen to be honest!
