Very well equipped

We were really looking forward to this staying and it completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was modern, beautiful, comfortable and fully functional. Communication was great, the host is very nice. This is probably the best accommodation we have ever rented for a holiday.

The good news: top marks for a responsive host in Paulo. Good thing too as there were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed. A nice facility, new finishes and generally well appointed, with one noteable absence. Very good parking.

The directions for locating and entering the facility could be improved. Specifically, noting that the building is right on the national road would help. Another large concern was a front door to the building that we didn't have a key for. I had a concern immediately that we would be locked out of the building, which in fact happened twice. Fortunately Paulo responded quickly and informed us of the open rear entrance to the unit door. Would have been better to know about that in advance. Relatively less stressful was the absence of a drying rack for clothing. Good washing machine without a dryer or convenient apparatus for drying clothes.
