Innazitutto la disponibilità dei padroni di casa. E' stato possibile ricorrere a loro in ogni momento ed hanno esaudito ogni nostra richiesta. Una particolare menzione per MIki un angioletto prezioso che non abbiamo conosciuto ma rispondeva sempre la telefono e ci ha aiutato a prenotare ristorante spiaggia, dove andare. Una guida preziosa.

Nice big balcony with beautiful view, nice kitchen, all needed facilities. Host was very helpful and offered advice and discounts to restaurants
No Wi-Fi. Water regulation in the shower is complicated. There was no electricity in the morning the last day. Also the second bedroom is not really separated from the living room, so it’s not real privacy

A 40 mt dal mare con scglio, a 300 lido Calarena attrezzato con spiaggia e piattaforme su scogli, costi accessibili. Su strada privata con parcheggio. L'appartamento è cofortevole, camera letto comodissima, living room con angolo cottura, tavolo, divano ecc Bagno
comodo con lavatrice, doccia ecc. Piccola veranda molto
comoda circondata da alta vegetazione che garantiscono
sempre ombra e fresco.. La signora che gestisce la
struttura è molto gentile e disponibile

This is a charming apartment with a lovely quiet balcony and very well located in Cozze close to many beaches. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Big bathroom with washing maschine. The communication with the host was perfect
Be aware, which the description does indicate, that the apartment doesn't have wifi, so you have to be roaming. I didn't pay attention to that, so that was my fault.
