The location is great. The facilities and flat spaces (2-bedroom and kitchen, air con) were adequately for our necessities. It's also easy to check in and it's a quiet and nice building, and very close to the city center. We could also park our car very close by.
Kitchen amenities and cleaning tools were a bit scarce - we asked the host more small spoons (there was only one) and a broom, but they did not bring us - we stayed for 4 nights. The floor in the bathroom got flooded easily, so you had to pay attention how you shower - and we haven't found any cleaninf mop either.
