The house itself is beautiful, in a great location, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the kitchen, the quality furniture. Unfortunately, the property management did not match the standard of the house. On arrival, the house was closed up, hot and musty, with furniture cushions blocking the entrance, making a late-night check-in inconvenient. The pool and the pool area was not properly prepared, there was no shade, and the pool cleaning requested during our stay never took place. We also experienced issues with the hot water, there was no hairdryer, and communication with the management in some points felt rather unhelpful.
