Casa Xisca

We had an amazing stay at Casa Xisca and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca! The house was even better in real life than in the photos. It was clean and well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The host was kind, friendly, and helpful. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, he replied within minutes and was always happy to help. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts, including coffee, juice, and ice cream. The location of Casa Xisca is fantastic as well. It’s situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood where we felt completely safe and relaxed. There are small supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, and a lovely beach just a 10-minute walk away. The rooftop terrace also offers a beautiful view of the sea. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We would definitely love to come back and will gladly recommend Casa Xisca to our family and friends.

We stayed at this property for three nights and had a generally positive experience, with a few important considerations for future guests. Location: The house is within walking distance of Carla Pi, a picturesque and charming cala that’s perfect for beach lovers. There are a few restaurants nearby, although dining options are limited and relatively casual. It’s important to note that the surrounding town is very quiet, with virtually no nightlife — so if you’re looking for evening entertainment or a vibrant atmosphere, this may not be the ideal location. Interior and Amenities: The house was clean upon arrival. The water heater worked well, providing ample hot water, and the water pressure throughout the home was excellent. Each room, as well as the living and dining areas, is equipped with an air conditioning unit — a major plus, especially in warmer weather. However, the furniture is quite outdated, with some pieces appearing worn and near breaking. The mattresses are extremely firm — closer to rock-hard than firm — which may be uncomfortable for guests who prefer a softer sleeping surface. Only two towels were provided per guest, and the quality of the blankets was below average. Outdoor Space: The pool is large, clean, and well-maintained, and the patio area — including the outdoor furniture — is very inviting. While we didn’t have a chance to fully enjoy the outdoor amenities due to spending most of our time at the beaches, they are definitely a highlight of the property. Service: The property manager was highly responsive and welcoming. We were greeted with a thoughtful welcome kit that included soap, shampoo, coffee, milk, and orange juice — a much-appreciated touch that made us feel instantly at home. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials for cooking and dining.
