Modern Carvoeiro House by LovelyStay

Very easy communication, very straight forward process. The house is big, clean and very comfortable. They put a lot of effort into the renovation and upkeep. The house is part of a closed community with semi detached houses. It has a pool and playground which we did not try but looked very nice. It's not super close to the beach or town, it is better if you have a car, you can walk but it takes a good 15-20 mins on hilly roads. The area is beautiful and calm, we were there in September and maybe 2 or 3 houses were occupied if any. The house has everything you need and plenty of space for a big group of people. All rooms have A/C! All units, except for one bedroom and maybe the livingroom, are brand new and have a silent mode for the night which is very convenient. The bed in one of the bedrooms was the most comfortable bed ever and the host was kind enough to share the details about it after I had forgotten to take a picture of it. They are very responsive if anything is needed but no need to meet personally since the key is in a lockbox. Thank you! We were really very happy with the house and got it for a very good price since it was in September and relatively newly taken over by them. Don't hesitate to book it! The little town has an amazing bakery and many restaurants and shops as well.

It's not an issue just keep in mind that it is better to have a car for this place, also to access the beach and town it's more convenient. All A/C units in the bedrooms are brand new except for one which still works perfectly fine but it does not have the amazing silent mode like the newer ones (it has a silent mode but not as silent as the newer units), so that would really be the only "negative" thing I can say.
