On approach our Disney themed guest house was quite unusual for 2 middle aged Nzers. ..as our 2 night stay unfolded we were both delighted and overwhelmed by the kindness, talent and exceptional food our hosts provided. The other local guests were very welcoming and Inclusive of us. Our stay was heart warming, and we suspect will be a high light of our visit to japan. Situated up a steep mountain rd. Beautiful and full of bird song. 3.6 km from Nikko train station, approx 2,000 yen taxi ride. Aroha Nui Pink Note from the Kiwis x
The distance up a steep hill made it difficult to walk but our lovely host transported us to town.
