Yamanouchi sekisan chi やまのうち関さん宅

I loved staying at this cozy guesthouse. The owner was so kind and runs a small restaurant in the guesthouse as well. It’s a short walk from the station which was very convenient and just a warm and lovely place to stay!

Nothing! It was great!

Cozy, clean and with excellent facilities. I was very well taken cared of and the food is amazing. It’s a short walk to the train station, with free onsen tickets and feels like home. This is one of my favorite stays.

OK, so where do I start? This is our first time we stayd in a facility like this. It’s basically a house turned into a hostel. What makes this place very special It’s a host. She is super sweet lady. Always willing to help even though we don’t speak the same language we always somehow figured out what the other one is talking about. Don’t expect anything modern and fancy, this is a village living style, but everything is super clean and very well maintained. And the food. That’s a special story. This lady can cook and whatever you order she makes it in less than 20 minutes. Everything we order was so delicious, better than any other restaurant that we try in the prices are super reasonable. You have to try curry. That was our favorite. Very quiet, very peaceful, we felt like we went to visit family at the village.

Walls are paper thin . You can hear any commotion.

It’s at a great location. The host is very nice and accommodating. The property is very nice and comfortable.
