    We stayed for 1 night. Facilities are good and food was delicious. They also have Big Onsen both natural spring and indoor. Enjoyed all the things. Staff is supportive. They even arranges driver to go and pick from nearby bus stop or Takamagahara ski resort.

    We had a great room on the 3rd floor with a bedroom toilet and family room. None of the rooms have a private bathroom the staff are lovely but dont speak english which is to be expected as its japan. Male sure to call the staff for a pick up from the bus stop on arrival so you dont slip down the hill like we did. overall its very family friendly just in need of more cleaning food is good traditional japanese food everynight and every breakfast Location to slopes is about a 100m walk to the lifts.
