Beneath the umbrella pines, you'll enjoy a fully enclosed 200m² private garden that naturally extends your 75m² interior — the perfect choice for families or friends looking for both the independence of a house and the comforts of a resort.
An interior designed for modern comfort
From the moment you step inside, the tone is set: refined materials, light-coloured stone, natural light pouring through wide bay windows. The spacious living room is built around a generous corner sofa — convertible into an extra bed for a 5th guest — facing a 65" Samsung QLED 4K smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave grill, large fridge-freezer) lets you cook just like at home. The bathroom is a true highlight: an XXL 1×2m walk-in shower, a stone vanity unit, and a backlit mirror — a spa atmosphere at home.
The sleeping area comfortably accommodates 4 guests across two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a Simmons 160×200 double bed for restful nights, and a second bedroom with two single beds 90×190. The sofa bed in the living room can host a fifth guest occasionally. Reversible heat pump with central control throughout the house.
A private garden under the pines
Your 200m² outdoor space is fully enclosed and shaded by Mediterranean pines. You'll find a large outdoor dining table for family meals, sun loungers for afternoon naps, and a large Mediterranean barbecue for evening grills. A covered carport completes the setup — handy to park in the shade, store your bikes, or even safely keep a small boat or bulky equipment.
The best of both worlds
While keeping your privacy, you have access to the resort's heated swimming pool, the children's play area (sandbox, swing, ping-pong), the gated parking with keypad entry, and Wi-Fi. Pets welcome on request.

Beach 10 min by bike (25 min on foot), Argelès village 2 km, local shops 1.5 km, supermarket 5 min by car. The Spanish border, Collioure, and the hiking trails of the Albères massif are all within easy reach.
