Shower/WC in the pool area, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop, grocery 270 m, shopping centre 7 km, restaurant 200 m, bar 350 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Argelès sur Mer" 4.6 km, sandy beach "Plage du Racou" 200 m. A fantastic house, great for a large family grouping. The outside area absolutely sells it, as does the location, being 100 metres from a beautiful beach. Le Racou is a very small village/hamlet, but it has a good choice of restaurants and there was a great weekend of jazz bands when we were there, creating a lovely atmosphere in the street.
Possibly not great for very small children, unless they are very proficient in the pool.
