Beach View House consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine and breakfast bar, a dining room with seating for ten people, a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV, and a game room with a multi-games table. The bedrooms consist of a ground floor double with an en-suite shower room, a twin with an en-suite shower room which can be a king size on request, a king size with harbour views, an interconnecting family bedroom featuring bunk beds, leading through into the double bedroom serviced by a shower room. An additional family shower room. You'll find a shop, pub, and beach in 0.1 miles, along with a lake in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
