You can move by bicycles, by car or by taxi, the beach is about 10 minutes by car from the condominium to the south taking Cobá Avenue. The city center of Tulum is also 10 minutes away by car but north on the same Avenue.
The archaeological zone of Tulum is 15 minutes away by car.
** The electricity service has a separate cost ($6.00 Pesos per Kwh) and it must be paid in cash upon check-out depending on guest's consumption.
** There is construction work around the property, there might be noise only during the day.
