This is a beautiful property in a very quiet neighborhood which felt safe, and is barricaded with trees which adds another layer of privacy. The villa was spotless which I appreciated, and had amenities such as washer and dryer with detergent to do your laundry before departure.There is also an iron, blow dryer, liquid hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, and toilet paper. You must bring your own toiletries such as toothpaste and mouth wash. It also has air conditioning at your controls. There is a terrace and day bed on the rooftop that can be used, however, there are a lot of mosquitoes so I would suggest using a lantern, coil or some sort of smoke in conjunction with bug spray in order to enjoy the terrace. You do not meet with anyone as there is a lock box in which you will find the key after entering the provided code. My friends also requested and paid for a ballon arch displaying a "Happy Birthday" sign which was so beautifully put together. If you are celebrating something, I would definitely suggest using that service. They also provide or can coordinate airport pick-up, tours, and private chefs during your stay. Upon departing, I forgot my jacket in the closet and contacted the concierge once I realized. I was already almost at the airport and so I asked if my friends who were departing the following day, could pick it up. The concierge coordinated the pick-up of my jacket with my friends and their cleaner. It was greatly appreciated.

The pool at the location was not clean and could not be used which is one of the main reasons I booked it. With that being said, every night there was a huge raccoon which paraded the pool area. It seemed very comfortable and would have probably been territorial and a scary encounter had we been able to use the pool. Upon arrival the air conditioning was not turned on so it was a bit humid, but once turned on, after about an hour, it was cool and very comfortable. We had no problems with hot water upon arrival, however the second day and onwards, only 1 out of the 4 bathrooms, provided hot water. The second day of the stay was my birthday and so I had a non-refundable $270 ATV/Zip-lining tour booked. Myself and my two guests woke up expecting to all shower in our separate bathrooms, and head off to our excursion. To my surprise, there was no hot water in 3 of the bathrooms and so we had to take turns showering which led to us missing the pick-up for the tour. It was a horrible and disappointing start to my birthday. I then had to book a different tour with another company later that day. I contacted the concierge about the issue and never received a response, although my message had been received and read which was very frustrating. For the remainder of the trip, we had to share the one bathroom with hot water which was quite inconvenient and annoying considering the cost. The shower heads in 2 of the bathrooms I desperately tried running for hot water, were also noticeably rusted.
