The Accommodation
You’ll enjoy a king-size bed and plenty of space; it’s not a place where you’ll feel cooped up; it features a completely separate bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet where you can store plenty of clothes and luggage, and a living area separate from the bedroom. dining room, and kitchen, complete with a full-sized refrigerator and fully equipped for long stays.
From Monday through Friday, we offer you a free yoga session via Zoom from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m.
Our chef offers traditional Mexican meals for an additional fee
We have a small library and board games, as well as a public bike-sharing station just a few steps from the accommodation
In addition, there’s a terrace at the entrance to your space that you’re welcome to use, where you’ll see birds and squirrels—daily visitors to our tree!
Guest Access
In addition to your accommodation, the common areas include the access hallways—where you can leave a bike—and the terrace located at the entrance to your accommodation! On the next floor, there’s a much larger terrace—if you ask for permission, you can access it and work from there!
We do not accept outside visitors

Additional Rules
We do not allow parties; no visitors are permitted; you may not have guests stay overnight with you, or you will be charged 250 per additional person per night.
If you bring pets, we only allow one pet; if you bring more than one, you must agree to pay an additional one-time cleaning fee of 450 pesos
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms—this includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana; If you violate this rule, you will be charged an additional fee of up to 850 pesos for a deep cleaning, and the room will not be available for rent the day after your stay to eliminate odors!
