The accommodation
You’ll enjoy a king-size bed and plenty of space; it’s not a place where you’ll feel trapped; it features a fully separate bathroom and a closet where you can store plenty of clothes and luggage, along with a fully stocked minibar and a kitchen equipped for long stays.
Our chef offers traditional Mexican meals for an additional fee
We have a small library and board games, as well as a public bike-sharing station just a few steps from the accommodation
We also have a shared terrace that you’re welcome to use, where you’ll see birds and squirrels—daily visitors to our tree!
Guest Access
In addition to your accommodation, the common areas include the access hallways, where you can leave a bike. On the next floor, there’s a much larger terrace—if you ask for permission, you can access it and work from there!
We do not accept outside visitors

We do not allow parties; no visitors are permitted; you may not have guests stay overnight with you, or you will be charged 250 per additional person per night.
If you bring pets, we only allow one pet; if you bring more than one, you must agree to pay an additional one-time cleaning fee of 450 pesos
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms—including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or marijuana; If you violate this rule, you will be charged an additional fee of up to 850 pesos for a deep cleaning, and the room will not be available for rent the day after your stay to eliminate the odors!
