This home has a freshly painted interior, freshened landscaping, and new kitchen appliances. It is clean, inviting. The community of Carolina Place also offers boat/RV storage, a crabbing dock, and easy access to a nearby public boat ramp and marina.
Welcome to Beach Daze; centrally located between the historic coastal town of Southport and the amazing beaches of Oak Island. Just miles from the beach, lighthouses, and quiet downtown "night life", this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom is the perfect place to unwind from the days excitement.
This home is located directly across the street from the community pool making it very with convenient for all.
Between Southport and Oak Island there is a ton of adventures and memories to be made. In Southport you will find plenty of shopping, food and history. You can take drive your car onto the Fort Fisher Ferry and go over to the NC Aquarium very conveniently and exciting for the little ones. You could also take the ferry over to Bald Head Island however you will have to park and leave your car. Golf carts are available for rent to drive around or you can take the tram. Bald Head Island features a historic lighthouse, "Old Baldy".
Oak Island also has a historic lighthouse and wonderful beaches. Plenty of restaurants and shopping as well; easy to make your trip a memorable one!
Master bedroom features a queen size bed with matching dresser and night stands for storage. You also have a closet and a ceiling fan for comfort. Equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment.

2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV, closet, dresser, night stands and ceiling fan for your comfort.

Overall a fantastic trip to Oak Island / Southport. Host had excellent communication, answering questions and offering suggestions on restaurants and beach parking. Home was clean and looked as shown in pictures. Plenty of space for our 4 adults, 2 children and dog. It was great to have access to laundry in the home as well. The pool is directly across from the house, super convenient to take a quick swim and pool house had clean bathrooms as well. This home was about 7-8 minute drive to Oak Island Pier and about 10 minutes to downtown Southport. Overall a fantastic stay and I would recommend this home/location to others!
