Beautiful sea views from this villa just a stone's throw from the sea in Agay
A superb panorama of the property's garden and the sea. This sea-facing villa opens its doors to you for a relaxing holiday. Access to the villa is via the central part, where you will find the living area with a lounge opening onto the terrace facing the Mediterranean, a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc.), a room with television and a double sofa bed, a bathroom (bath and washbasin) and a separate toilet. On the lower level, there is a 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200), a shower room (shower, washbasin), a separate toilet and a TV lounge with sofa. On the upper floor, a 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), a bathroom (with bath, washbasin and toilet), a dressing room and access to a large terrace overlooking the sea and garden.
Outside, there is a very pleasant garden with various terraces, a hammock and garden furniture for dining or relaxing.
The property slopes down almost to the sea, with only the seafront road to cross.
Pets are not permitted.
La Baumette beach is 400m away and the Bastide shopping centre 700m.
The centre of Agay with its sandy beaches and all the shops and restaurants is just 1.5km away. The town of St Raphaël is 20 minutes away.
Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).
