About this house rental
Dimora Simona is an exclusive apartment with panoramic terrace located on the third and fourth floor of a building with lift in Trapani.
The apartment spreads over two levels and it enjoys a prime position only a short stroll from the seafront, the port (hydrofoils to the Egadis), Corso Vittorio Emanuele with its shops, cafés and restaurants and all the main sights and attractions of this town.
Dimora Simona is tastefully furnished in an elegant, refined style with great attention to every detail, and it offers all kind of amenities such as Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, etc.
On the third floor we find a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom with tub.
The fourth floor is home to a further living room with bathroom. On the same level there is the wide terrace with outdoor kitchen, gazebo, table, chairs sunbeds and parasols, this is the perfect spot for breakfasts and for al fresco dining, offering amazing views of the sea and the Dome.
Finally, from the apartment are easily reachable by car Erice, Marsala, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo and the Zingaro nature reserve.
