Charming little family duplex apartment in the Grand Roc residence, ideally located in the heart of Argentière and just a stone's throw from the Grands Montets ski lift. You'll particularly appreciate the view from your balcony, the fully-equipped kitchen, the proximity to the valley's public transport network and the residence's own parking lot. > Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom (160cm bed) opening onto the staircase (no door). The children's bedroom (90cm bunk bed) and bathroom (small bath, sink) are accessible from the master bedroom.
Parking space and ski locker complete this property.

The village of Argentière, renowned for its authenticity, is within walking distance of all the amenities you'll need. Residence secure parking included (non-nominative space). Lodging located next to the SNCF train station and bus stops for all major sites and ski areas in the Chamonix valley.
To discover the rest of the region by car, allow 1h for Megève / St Gervais or Verbier on the other side, and 1h30 for Geneva / Annecy.
