Set just 230 metres from Les Grands Montets ski lift, this beautiful balcony apartment invites families or 2 couples to take to the slopes this holiday.

Inside, an ambient open plan Living room enjoys a contemporary full-height ceiling, thanks to a galleried mezzanine level above.

A modern sofa with wall-mounted TV with DVD player is accompanied by a stylish dining area and a modern fitted family Kitchen. Guests will find it equipped with all the must-have appliances including a cooker hob, microwave, oven, american style coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.

An adjoining balcony from the Living room also provides an effortless flow for year-round get togethers. The far-reaching views across the resort and tree top mountains beyond is a truly enchanting one.

From the principal floor, a flight of open tread stairs leads to a spacious mezzanine level above, which looks down into the Living room. A comfortable Double bed with wardrobe features to one end of the space, whilst a convertible Single sofa bed features to the other. Two additional guests or an extra couple can be accommodated on the Double sofa bed to the Living room below.

The gorgeous apartment features a modern family bathroom fitted with a bath tub, overhead shower and washbasin, alongside a separate WC with wash basin.

Situated in a natural riverside setting along ‘Chemin sous la Grand’ at the entrance of the village, guests are conveniently placed for reaching a local Pizza restaurant (1-minute walk), the Les Grands Montets ski lift (230m away) and the nearby train station.

The centre of Argentière is only 8 minutes’ walk away too, making the fabulous French eateries, affordable cafes and resort amenities all within easy reach.

Placed only 14 minutes’ drive away from Chamonix, Argentière is one of the best-loved Alpine resorts, being situated at the foot of Les Grands Montets (a vast, varied area offering a wide range of pistes and extensive powder fields for off-piste enthusiasts).

Ideal for both winter sports and summertime stays, the breath-taking scenery and fantastic range of outdoor leisure pursuits make this an inviting year-round destination. Top local activities include mountain walking, skiing, snowboarding sky diving, luxury spa treatments, horse riding, rock climbing, golf and extreme outdoor sports.

The tree-top climbing Accro Adventure Park and rock climbing crag in Lac des Gaillands are both 19 minutes’ drive away.

Great little apartment in a super convenient location. The apartment is compact, but nicely fitted out, fairly recently renovated and clean . Good quality kitchen appliances and lots of kitchen utensils, pans, dishes etc. The apartment was very comfortable for a couple, any more would be a squeeze, but it’s Chamonix so property is expensive and you get what you pay for. The view from the window and balcony is onto a car park and back of a shopping centre. This didn’t really bother us as we were out all day and stayed in January so it got dark early, but it’s something to consider. One of the best features of the apartment is its location, just a few minutes easy walk (in ski boots) from the Grand Montets lifts, or the bus stop and train station to take you to the other ski resorts or Chamonix town. Buses were very frequent.There’s also a bakery a two minute walk away and a well stocked supermarket in Argentiere village. We’d stay here again, for its super convenient location and the nicely fitted out apartment.

the appartment is well equipped and nicely done. the happy rental service is very friendly and reacting quickly: top. there are enough parking places. misleading: the picture in the ad showing the view gives a wrong idea: you are looking not into the mountains but to the backside of a not cared, dirty commercial center. if you lift your view there is a hill with trees but it is not the breathtaking view you will have from the appartments to the southside. misleading: there is no wlan included but mentioned in the Fe_Wo website. the toilet in the app has no window, no functioning ventilation. the caretaking of the building (entrance, stairs) is a desaster. when you enter there is an very unpleasant smell. all the walls, the doors show traces of intense use, they are dirty. small garbage elements are not picked up, in the first floor a service door (pipes) remains open, can`t be closed and blocks half of the way through. the building is not cared for - at least entrance and first floor.
