Summary:
This charming home sits on a beautiful hill centrally located in Midtown Columbus minutes from shopping, restaurants, the interstate, Downtown and Fort Moore. Beautifully renovated open-concept kitchen, living room, dining room with large dining room table and breakfast nook. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths including a master suite with shower and jacuzzi. Great deck with furniture and lots of sun. Sleeps 10! Pets welcome! Wifi, Roku, and board games included. Perfect for families and work travelers!
The Space:
Guests will enter the house by using a digital keypad. The decorative fireplace reminds guests of its older charm, but the flooring, countertops, appliances, bedrooms, bathrooms, and paint have all been redone! We offer comfortable accommodations, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a charcoal grill, and more!

Guest Access:
There is an electronic lock for your access to the house; we'll send you a personalized code upon check-in.
The Neighborhood:
A quiet residential neighborhood in midtown with mature trees. You are only minutes away from major grocery, shopping, restaurants and more!
Getting Around:
No public transit in the neighborhood, so you will need to drive or take a cab.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. We require a $100 flat rate pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We will always have someone who can come and help if you need anything, but we also trust our guests, and want them to feel completely at home. So unless you need us, we will make sure you are able to enjoy privacy. Checkin is flexible as long as you are arriving after 3:00 p.m. So don't worry about getting held-up in traffic or landing on a late flight. All of that said, if you ever do need us, we are only a phone call away!

This was a perfect home for what we needed. Much better than a hotel and we will be back in the area again. If the property is available I would book it again.

This house was perfect. We had plenty of room for our family of 4, clean and in a nice neighborhood. I do recommend to the owners to purchase a new ironing board, as their's was broken and ironing my clothes for a formal function was a bit of a challenge. Still 10/10 would book again.
