The Space:
Upon entering, you'll see that the living room of this delightful home seamlessly flows into the kitchen, creating an inviting space for gathering and entertaining. The kitchen is fully-equipped so you can prepare meals during your stay. The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring elegant hardwood floors and an ensuite bath that has been thoughtfully updated with a stunning tile shower. Each of the bedrooms in this home offers generous space, allowing for personalization and comfort.
Step into the backyard of this charming home, and you'll discover a haven of privacy and ample space. Enclosed by a thoughtfully designed privacy fence, this backyard offers a retreat where you can relax, play, and entertain to your heart's content.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is near Ft. Moore. Additionally, it is perfectly situated close to various shopping areas, ensuring that all your retail needs are just a stone's throw away.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

It was very homie. Shopping is very close. Check in and check out is super easy. Host was great with communication. Only things that would have been great would have been more things to cook with. (Just wasn’t much skillets and pans). More seating in the living room. Which we did sit at the dinning table to make up for it. We had a couple moments with a neighbor that wasn’t the most comfortable. But understand that’s not the hosts fault. But over all it was a good stay.

We comfortably fit nine people in this home. The house is not too far from base, and close to plenty of restaurants and stores. The large dining room table made game night awesome! If you're traveling for basic training graduation with a large group, this is a great spot with lots of space and pet friendly.

My family and I stayed at this home for my son's wedding, and it turned out to be a great choice. I selected this home because it was conveniently located near the wedding venue. The area is quiet and also close to a shopping center, which enhanced our overall experience.However, one concern we encountered was the insufficient number of bathrooms for our group. The main bedroom includes one of the two bathrooms, while another bathroom is located in the hallway for shared use. While we could use the main bathroom if needed, having an additional bathroom would have significantly improved our comfort.On a positive note, the kitchen is well-equipped with dishes and utensils, making it easy for us to prepare meals. Overall, this home met our needs, and I appreciated the amenities provided.Contacting the host or property manager was straightforward, and they responded quickly.

We loved the convenient location, especially being so close to South Commons park—it was perfect. However, a few issues affected our stay. The hall bathroom shower leaked onto the floor, the other toilet ran constantly, and most concerning was what appeared to be mold in the vents. After a couple of days, we all developed cold-like symptoms, including our infant.We reported everything to the manager, who said the issues were resolved and confirmed there was no mold. While the response was appreciated, for the price (over 700 for the weekend) and early checkout, we expected better maintenance and cleanliness.
