Enjoy this hand-built and extremely cozy home perfect for summer or winter vacation in the Vail Valley. Just minutes from Beaver Creek, Vail Mountain, the Minturn bike park, Minturn shops & restaurants, and endless trails in Eagle County. Soak up the Colorado sunshine on the private deck and enjoy summer nights by the fire in the backyard. Enjoy live music all summer just a few minutes away. The Space:
This hand-built home has one private bedroom. The second bedroom is in a loft above the living room, which is accessed by climbing a ladder. A full private kitchen is available. The bathroom is attached to the private bedroom. FYI — Guests must walk through the master bedroom to use the bathroom!
A sliding glass door connects the living room and private deck, with stairs down to the backyard and fire pit.
Guest Access:
This space is part of a duplex, with long-term occupants living in the unit below. There is free driveway parking for one vehicle, and free roadside parking for additional vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
Minturn is a quaint town with a classic Main Street strip full of restaurants and shops, with the town center being just a 10-minute walk from the unit. You can often find live music at Little Beach Park, which is so close you can hear it from the balcony.
Getting Around:
There is one parking space available in the driveway and free parking on the road.
IMPORTANT: Park directly in front of the entrance staircase for winter plowing. See check-in details on your reservation for details.
There are specific street parking rules in the winter for plowing. Follow posted signs.
