    The staff were very polite and good. I left mu CPAP machine upon check out . The staff ran to give me my very important medical equipment as we walk towards the bus station going to the airport.

    Close to the train station so great location. Staff was nice and the room was clean.

    The liquid hand soap was very convenient and easy to use. The hair dryer also had strong airflow, which made it comfortable to use. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water, and being able to borrow an umbrella was especially helpful during the rainy season. There was also a Lawson convenience store about a two-minute walk away, which was very convenient. On the other hand, the room was a bit small. Once we opened two suitcases, there was hardly any space left to move around. It would be even more convenient if there were a luggage rack for suitcases. Since our room was on the second floor, we could hear some traffic noise from outside. Although the hotel is advertised as being a six-minute walk from the station, it felt a little farther during the rainy season.
