    1 Star Review Very disappointing and frustrating experience. The staff was extremely rude and had no basic sense of how to speak to guests. Their attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. The biggest issue was that there was no electricity throughout the entire night. I was traveling with my children, and they suffered badly due to the heat and discomfort. Instead of providing a solution or backup arrangement, the hotel staff simply asked us to tolerate the situation. The room conditions, service quality, and overall management were far below acceptable standards. As a paying customer, I expected at least basic facilities and respectful behavior, but this hotel failed on both counts. I strongly recommend that this property be reviewed and removed from your platform if such standards continue. Experiences like this damage customer trust. After this incident, I am very disappointed and will seriously reconsider using your app for future bookings. Not recommended at all.
