Quite an unpleasant stay, I would NOT recommend.
I arrived about 3+h after the check-in time, long journey and tired, hoping for some rest BUT they greeted me with 'so sorry, but the room is not ready yet', so I wait for another 20 minutes, then they show me to a room which has not been properly cleaned in a long time judging by the dust and hair everywhere and dirty bed linen and the bathroom mirror and such...so I tell them they need to actually clean it, so they tell me 30 more minutes...I have a feeling it would be longer, go out for a dinner, come back at 5.30pm and they show me to a different room that is as dirty as the first one, so I actually had to stay in the room and watch them clean it (they were quickly quickly trying to dust with a dry rag, then use the same one for the toilet and THEN for the mirrow and continue dusting😱...no cleaning product until I asked for one and they started properly cleaning only after I started cleaning WITH THEM! and still, whatever I did not point out to them, did not get cleaned...I checked under and behind the bed only after they left and there was a lot of garbage left since who knows when). I was finally able to unpack at 6pm!
They also forgot to get me a towel, so when I asked for it the next morning I was told I would have it in the afternoon...afternoon comes and no towel, after a lot of asking and many 'so sorry, 2 minutes' or being ignored, I was told that unfortunately, there are no more towels in the hotel...to my question why they just did not say so straight away and not waste my time, I only got their go-to 'so sorry' again 🤷♀️ I got the towel the following day (last day of my stay🤦).
There were a few things broken and not working in the room like the shower head, but I let those slide cuz that would probably turn into another 'so sorry and nothing done' story...
Cherry on top, they came to knock on my door 15 minutes before the check-out time, which I found a bit funny as my check-in was 6h delayed because of them, but alrighty...bottom line: best to avoid.

Great location, clean and well-maintained property. The manager and staff are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers.

The dorms weren't clean at all, the shared bathroom as well.
Other than that there is a good vibe and the staff are helpful.
