Sandpiper Beach Cabanas

We had a cute ocean front cabana just 50 feet or so from the water. There were always empty lounge chairs and hammocks available to use. Restaurants with great food and sometimes entertainment were just a short walk by road or right along the beach. The hostess Arlene was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing time and opportunity to experience the local Garifuna culture.

I absolutely loved this property! A cute little cabana directly on the beach. It was amazing. Peaceful, beautiful beachfront with friendly people. Great location. Restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again!

An absolutely incredible stay in Hopkins! It doesn't get better than having your own private space right on the beach. It was nice to have our own kitchenette with a toaster, air fryer, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge. Having AC was also a huge perk. Arlene was such a friendly host—helpful, attentive, and responsive. We had zero issues with check-in and were able to connect with her upon check-out even though we left at the crack of dawn. The area is very walkable to restaurants and convenience stores.

If the cabana I was in was any closer to the beach it would almost be in the water. The unobstructed view of the sea was amazing from the chairs and hammock on the front veranda. In front of the cabana there were chairs and hammocks near the waterline as well. Arlene is a fantastic host and supplied the cabana with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay there again.
