Good location. Cabanas are attractive with large, comfortable beds and reasonably well-equipped kitchens. Pool was great for floating in at night. Relatively quiet. Most nights, it is very quiet, without even the dogs and roosters that you hear in so many places.
No A/C, although for most of the time the fans suffice. Neighborhood is a bit noisy on weekends. Drinking water is not provided, which means you have to purchase it and haul it from the shops about 5 blocks away.

Was a very nice place, only request id recommend is having drinking water inside, everything else was there except water-a basic necessity but regardless i definitely recommend and will be back in the near future!

Cabanas are cute, compact with everything you need. The bathroom was very well done with excellent tile work and great use of space.
Also the bed was super squeaky. Like outrageously so. But it was very very comfy
There was no TV in the room. The room is so so so hot with no AC and fans that barely circulate air. Insufficient lighting so the room was so dark. No one meets you so you're on your own to figure things out. I arrived after 8 at night and didn't know what to do and it looked like no one else was at the property in the other Cabanas. Luckily I was able to call vacasa support where a representative state on the phone with me while I figured everything out.
The day before I left I encountered a couple who were just sitting down lost who were not given a code to enter their Cabana, and had no way of contacting the property because they didn't even have a wifi password.
I'm not sure what they would have done had I not come outside and let them use my phone and gave them the Wi-Fi password.
Also the bed was super squeaky. Like outrageously so. But it was very very comfy.
