    -The name as it says is resort is wrong as it is a hotel. We got surprised when we arrived. -We booked a sea facing view room as per photos shown in website, but we have been assigned to a side view, where we feel geting cheated. - The hotel location is very far from Mangaluru city around 30 kms. - TV was not working, even the electric kettle. No restaurant. We had to order food from outside. Nearest restaurant was 3km away. -Neighbouring area was full dark. -STAFFS WERE LESS HELPFUL.

    1. breakfast - Only 1 dish and you don't have any other choice. absurd. 2. Transport - Heavy charges as local auto/cab won't be easy to get via online platform.
