Summary:
Brand New and Pet Friendly - come visit our tiny house park above the clouds in downtown Leadville. House has first floor sleeping for 2 and loft sleeping for 2 as well (sleeps 4 total). House has a full bathroom and kitchenette. Kitchenette has a cooktop and is fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils etc. Walk out your door and see stunning views of Mount Elbert & Mount Massive. Walk half a block and you are on Harrison Ave, the main street of Leadville.
The Space:
Enjoy your own tiny house while on vacation in Leadville. The house is located in a tiny house park. Each house is equipped with a kitchenette, full bath and sitting area. Pets are welcome for a $50 fee.
Guest Access:
Self check-in at 3pm. Door code is emailed and texted 11am the day of arrival and activates at 3pm check-in time.
The Neighborhood:
Located in downtown Leadville, 1 block from Harrison Avenue. You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, you can bring your bike.
Getting Around:
You can walk to restaurants and shops. If you enjoy outdoor activities, Leadville has lots to offer. A car is helpful to get to most hiking trails. Or you can bring your mountain bike and take a ride on the mineral belt trail.
Other Things to Note:
Tiny houses have smaller water tanks than a normal house. We suggest taking short showers if your group plans to shower one after the other. House has limited electricity - please do not run a hairdryer and the microwave or it may trip the breaker in your tiny house.

Everything was clean when we arrived, and the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. A clean, neat, pet friendly tiny home is exactly what we needed in Leadville. Definitely recommended!
