About this apartment rental

Rustic apartment block "Subretta". In the district of Hof 1.8 km from the centre of Kappl, 10 km from the centre of Ischgl, 20 km from the centre of Landeck, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.8 km, grocery 1.8 km, bus stop "Kappl Stadlen" 160 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 22.9 km. Ski lift 3 km, gondola lift 3 km, ski bus stop 80 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.
"Subretta", 2-room apartment 40 m2, on the lower ground floor. Bright, practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, satellite TV and radio. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Carpet. Terrace. Panoramic view. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
