Welcome to Seahorse Lakehouse, your ideal waterfront retreat on Lake Macquarie in Mannering Park. Enjoy stunning water views, a private pool overlooking the lake, complimentary stand-up paddleboards and kayaks, games room with a pool table, 3 stylish and comfy living areas, and nearby beaches, cafes, wineries, and outdoor adventures. Our home is spread across two spacious levels, giving everyone plenty of room to unwind:
Upstairs
• 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and 1 with two single beds)
• Main bathroom (including a spa bathtub with jets)
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Primary living room (with a 75" QLED 4K TV, and an electric fireplace)
• A panoramic sunroom/balcony
Downstairs
• 4th bedroom with a king size bed and a dedicated work desk
• Two additional living areas (one with a sofa bed)
• Large pool table for some holiday fun
• Newly renovated bathroom/laundry
• Internal garage with extra amenities - including kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, exercise bike, weights, and yoga mats for guests to enjoy

We had a wonderful time with our family of 8. Kids ranging from 5mth - 15yrs. The host was amazing with accommodating us and our requests, with prompt replies to my many questions. Having the options of both a pool and a lake with kayaks/sup was fun for all of us. Thanks for having us.

What a wonderful stay! A gorgeous home in a great location. Everything you could possibly need was catered for. The kayaks were a highlight, as was the pool table. Friendly, warm hosts. Thank you so much for a lovely family catch-up.

We loved our stay at this beautiful property and would highly recommend it to others. The pool table, the sunroom and the outside area was amazing, separate office was a bonus for those working remotely. Bedrooms are a bit on a smaller size, kitchen is upstairs and so are the bedrooms. Not much local choice in terms of eating out but various options are within 20mins drive. Kitchen is almost new and we enjoyed our short walks next to the lake. We made good use of the kayaks, the sunroom was perfect for board games with the kids.
