This renovated home sits on Wilmington Island, about 15 minutes from downtown Savannah and 20 minutes from North Tybee Beach.
The backyard has a saltwater pool, heated between October 1 and April 30 for a fee with advance coordination, surrounded by palm trees and live oaks in a fully fenced yard. A deck has room for outdoor dining.
The kitchen has a gas range, stainless steel appliances and a full set of cookware. A sunroom off the living area works as a game lounge with board games and a queen size sofa.
Four bedrooms: a king bed, two queen beds, and a room with two twin beds, sleeping 8 total. Three bathrooms.
Parking for 2 cars in the garage, which has a Tesla and standard EV charger.
Guest Access:
You have access to the house, the driveway, and the pool area. Please do not open the locked closets or the storage shed, which hold supplies and linens.

The home sits on Wilmington Island Road in a quiet residential area with respectful neighbors on both sides. The neighborhood is close to the highway to Tybee and downtown Savannah. Convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, a Walmart and a Kroger are all within 7 to 10 minutes.
Getting Around:
A car or rideshare is needed to get around, since the roadways here do not have sidewalks. Downtown Savannah is about 20 minutes and Tybee Island about 15 minutes by car. Urgent care in Whitemarsh is about a 10 minute drive for emergencies.
Other Things to Note:
Codes and check in instructions are sent through the Guest App by 3pm on your arrival day. Quiet hours are 8pm to 8am. Events need to be coordinated with the host in advance. Dogs must be hypoallergenic and disclosed in advance; a pet fee applies.

The pool was lovely and the house was very well equipped. Lovely furniture and layout. It was about a 20 minute drive from tybee and 20 minutes from downtown Savannah. We had a group of 7 and had plenty of space and the number of bathrooms allowed for easy use.

While visiting our daughter in Savanah, we stayed in this beautiful home. Was comfortable and perfectly stocked with everything you need and more. Safe location and very clean. Big back yard and great for family or friends to gather. I would definitely stay there again when the need arises. Pet fee was a bit pricey but understand that not everyone is attentive to their pets.

The home is fantastic, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The host couldn’t have been more responsive to every request. We stayed here with my mother celebrating her 92nd birthday, at the end of our stay we asked her if she was ready to go home and her response was, “no, can’t we stay a little longer”! Highly recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed.
