The renovation of this former forge has preserved some of the original architectural features while still providing a certain functionality throughout the accommodation.
Fresse is a sparsely populated town with an altitude ranging from 340 m to 900 m.
To do: hike on the Plateau des 1000 Etangs. TGV train station 35 km away. Montbéliard Christmas Market (50 km) and Alsace (80 km). Sleeps 8. In a hamlet in the Vosges Saônoises, this gîte is located in a former forge adjoining the owner's home. On the ground floor, it features a living/dining area with fireplace, a fitted kitchen with access to the terrace, a walk-in shower room, a toilet, and a laundry area. First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed, private shower room, and toilet), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), and 1 bedroom (2 single beds + 2 bunk beds). Enclosed outdoor lawn area; electric/wood heating. Baby equipment available (high chair, mattress, crib, and bathtub). Raclette and fondue set. Wi-Fi. CHARGES NOT INCLUDED. Fishing lodge.
This lodge has the "Accueil Vélo" label and is also open year-round. Firewood is provided for the duration of your stay.
