About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this air-conditioned chalet for rent in Ferdrupt in the Hautes Vosges, featuring mountain views and a swimming pool. It has a floor area of 71 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. You can enjoy a garden of around 1,300 m² and a private swimming pool! Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
On the mezzanine
- A 24 m² living area with a double bed (140×190), a sofa, armchairs, a TV and a view of the mountains
- An open-plan area with a double bed (120×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional amenities: electric barbecue, washing machine, electric griddle, ironing board and iron, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, games…
Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool (8.5 m x 4 m) with a maximum depth of 1.6 m, unheated, covered by a dome and available from 1 June to 30 September
- A beautiful, enclosed garden of 1,300 m²
- A 20 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Ferdrupt, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Activities:
- In summer, enjoy the markets with tastings of local produce, entertainment and demonstrations of local crafts, as well as ‘Thursday festivities’ featuring entertainment and concerts…
- In winter, you’ll be close to the ski resorts (downhill, cross-country and ski touring)
- Walks and cycle paths accessible from the chalet
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park. (3 vehicles)
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Remiremont, about 20 mins’ drive away, with a shuttle bus 2 mins from the chalet
- Nearest airport: Lorraine, about 158 km (1 hour 44 minutes by car)
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- Garage available for bikes, ski or hiking equipment and motorbikes
- Children must be supervised by a parent at all times whilst swimming. The swimming pool opening dates are not binding and are subject to change
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in.
